Cancellation options for more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment
1. A Credit for next month's bid or
2. A mailed refund check with a $5.00 processing fee
Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment:
1. Mailed Refund checks with a $25 cancellation charge
All refunds will be processed the 20th of each month.
Any information provided will be used solely for communication with the client for bidding purposes. No information will be sold or made available to any other parties.
Plane Bid Service is a Flight Attendant monthly bidding service, not a trip trade service. Plane Bid Service utilizes remote computer access to prevent unauthorized access to Jetnet information. The monthly fee applies to a session up to 45 minutes with a specialist. Payment is due upon scheduling an appointment. Plane Bid Service will work with PC and iMac laptops or desktops. iPad and Cellphones do not work correctly with the remote access application. At completion of the session, a copy of your bid will be taken to secure accuracy.
Plane Bid Service does not guarantee a specific bid. Plane Bid Service cannot and will not be responsible for your seniority, Coverage Needed dates or the allocation distribution for any given month. Allocations (trips, sequences) vary each month dependent upon the Company’s schedule and the JCBA (Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement). Bid awards are subject to seniority and potentially “coverage needed” dates that are not known at the time of bidding. Our goal is to help you attain the best bid possible based on your seniority and scheduling priorities.
