Cancellation options for more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment

2. A mailed refund check with a $5.00 processing fee

1. Mailed Refund checks with a $25 cancellation charge

All refunds will be processed the 20th of each month.

Any information you provide will be used solely for communication and for assisting you with your PBS bid. Your information will never be sold, shared, or made available to third parties.

Plane Bid Service provides PBS tutoring and guided assistance to help Flight Attendants better understand the bidding process and build their monthly bids. This is not a trip trade service. With your permission, our specialists may use secure remote computer access during your session to guide you step-by-step. We never request or store your passwords, and the connection is closed immediately after the session.

Each session is up to 45 minutes, and payment is due at the time of scheduling. Plane Bid Service supports PC and iMac desktops or laptops. iPads and cellphones are not compatible with the remote access software. At the end of your session, a copy of your bid may be retained solely to verify accuracy.

Plane Bid Service does not guarantee a specific bid award. Your award is determined by your seniority, “coverage needed” dates, monthly trip allocations, and other factors set by the Company and the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement). These variables change each month and are outside of our control. Our goal is to tutor and assist you in creating the best possible bid based on your seniority and preferences.
